Tea & Coffee are quite safe as long as you do not add a lot of sugar & cream in them. A cup of tea / coffee with cream and two cubes of sugar is equivalent to having a piece of chocolate cake – Imagine how much those calories can shackle your weight loss journey!

Black Tea or Coffee is absolutely better health-wise than your normal. As long as you drink an extra glass of plain water after it, you'll be absolutely fine. Another type of tea which carries great health benefits with it is Green Tea. It has several health benefits, and it also helps in easing an over-full stomach. Absolutely recommended for weight loss!

Avoid drinking unreasonable amounts of coffee, because it desensitizes your body attributable to the natural fat burning effects that caffeine has. A couple of cups (if the day's really slow to get started) is the max you should consume.



TIP #9): Coffee helps in losing weight?

Another word on coffee, that's not necessarily bad, merely more fascinating than anything. A few people have described that when they drank black coffee prior to exercise, they dropped off additional weight. Although there is zero scientific validation to back up this, dietitians consider it may be caused by the body having to depend upon fat for fuel. Hey, it is worth trying if you are able to stand black coffee. Simply remember to drink enough of water during your exercise!
