word on coffee, that's not necessarily bad, merely more fascinating
than anything. A few people have described that when they drank black
coffee prior to exercise, they dropped off additional weight. Although
there is zero scientific validation to back up this, dietitians
consider it may be caused by the body having to depend upon fat for
fuel. Hey, it is worth trying if you are able to stand black coffee.
Simply remember to drink enough of water during your exercise!
